Late check-outs without notice (after 11:00 AM, before 2:00 PM) may result in a $30 fee.

Pets are welcome at designated pet-friendly ground level rooms for a $25 one-time, non-refundable pet fee/ per pet.

Upon check-in we require an additional $20 refundable pet deposit for any potential extra cleaning or damage fees.

Please note that pets and service animals are NOT allowed on room furniture or beds.

Please be mindful of the property, as well as your neighbors, and clean up after your furry friends!

*While service animals are exempt from the $25 pet fee, we still require the $20 refundable deposit for any potential damages.

A $60 refundable deposit will be charged for the first night of your stay upon check-in.

If you are bringing a pet, the deposit will be $80.

We do check the rooms upon departure for any incidentals. Damaged or missing items will result in immediate forfeiture of your deposit.

We understand that sometimes your travel plans change. We do not charge a change or cancel fee. However, this property imposes the following penalty to its customers that we are required to pass on:

Cancellations or changes made after 3:00 PM on day of the check in are subject to a 100% Cost of Stay penalty.

If you fail to check-in for this reservation, or if you cancel or change this reservation after check-in, you may incur penalty charges at the discretion of the property of up to 100% of the booking value.

• EL TACO VELOS - Mexican restaurant located right next door and open late. Open 9:00 AM-3:00 AM daily.

• TACO RIVER - Also next door. Affordable Mexican food & amazing breakfast burritos. Open 7:00 AM-9:00 PM.

• NANCY’S CAFE - Across the street. Local favorite breakfast spot. Open 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM.

• GOODY’S EATERY - Around the block & another local favorite breakfast spot. Open 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

• SAVE A LOT- Grocery store located two blocks away. Open 8:00 AM - 9 PM.

Please take advantage of our conveniently located light rail station that is 8 min walking distance from the hotel for commute to DIA, Union Station, downtown Denver, or other fun neighborhoods. Don’t forget to download the RTP app for schedules and passes.

• Quite hours are 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, per local ordinance.

• No smoking or vaping allowed in the rooms at all time.
  

• Only guests who have registered as part of the reservation are allowed and no outside visitors.
  

• No refund is given after check-in or without prior cancellation.
  

• No disturbance of peace, drugs or illegal activities.
  

• No littering and feeding of nearby stray cats.
  

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone & upon violation of above rules will result in an immediate termination of the stay.

• Cash deposits must be requested on the same day of the check out.
  

• The hotel is not responsible for any loss of personal items or property.
